Summary:
Rocky Kaufmann, director/associate broker with KW Commercial, began his real estate career managing a portfolio of properties in the metro Atlanta area. In 2002 he became the lead manager and leasing agent of a diversified portfolio that included office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. Rocky’s primary focus is office/retail sales and leasing. In addition to marketing in the more traditional methods, including directed canvassing and cold calling, Rocky has found success in expanding his marketing to utilize today’s technology. Rocky is currently serving on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for the Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter office. Additionally, he is the co-chair for the KW Cares committee, which is the charitable arm of Keller Williams.
Rocky has maintained a presence in the Atlanta community and the spirit of volunteerism through his work the last thirteen years as a wrestling coach at The Lovett School. He was honored in 2003 with the Georgia High School Coach of The Year award for his contributions and leadership.
